Ty Ward is persuaded by federal law enforcement to confess to all 62 of the murders he had committed in the USA. In exchange, Ty would receive complete immunity both criminally and civilly. Ty agrees to this unusual arrangement because he has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. As might be expected, the corrupt Biden government reneged on its promise and Ty is forced to hide out in various locations. He is eventually captured but Fate intervenes to permit Ty to die in complete freedom rather than in prison as a caged lion.
