That attorney, knows about the informal arrangement that the local courts have sometimes exercised with the Martindale Farm, and inquires as to whether that option could be made available to his client.When the parties are in agreement, Cassie agrees to spend a month at the farm, providing she is willing to cooperate with receiving scheduled sessions of corporal punishment three times each week.

Cassie agrees with much trepidation, but wants to avoid jail time at all costs, so she submits to submitting to the discipline meted out by Tom Martindale and his son Marcus.

But what she never anticipates is the opportunity to meet the owner of the car she had destroyed. And that owner turns out to be a very upstanding and attractive young man.
