You may know of it as the Golden Menorah, as the Golden Lampstand, or as (it is referred to in the KJV Bible) the Golden Candlestick. But by whatever name you choose to call it, this item of furniture serves as a beautiful representation of how the light of God is made manifest through His various earthly vessels – namely the written Word of God, Jesus Christ (the Word made flesh) and His Body (the Church). But how is this light accomplished? And what all is involved? The instructions that were given to Moses concerning the construction and use of this item within the Tabernacle serve to answer these questions and much more.
