This collection includes three previously published titles.

Queen's Griffon ~ To ensure an ancient entity remains imprisoned, Avera must locate five mysterious stones, however getting to the dead continent of Verlora is fraught with complication. Pirates and monsters aren’t the only impediments to her quest.

Overall, all three books have well-written plots and good narration. There's royal class, evil/demon, pirates, dragons, witches, lower class, large, overgrown insects and animals (i.e., bats and snakes), and betrayal.

SPOILER ALERT: The first book starts off with the death of the royal family, including the infant, except the Queen's youngest daughter, who has significant family drama, trauma, and received deep-rooted neglect from her family, includingthe Queen, but also her people.
(She was also supposed to be highly intelligent, as the author mentioned in all three books, but she has many major moments of stupidity.)

There's also no romance or sexual contact in the first two novels. But they are still worth reading as they keep my interest. In the second book, you get to know the pirates a bit better and learn of the prophecy to rid the world of evil. (Oh, yes, the highly intelligent main male character, Griffin, also displays clear moments of stupidity throughoutthe book, but less so than the Queen).

Book three, you get to know the dragons and realize the author had no clear plan for the witches behavior except for saying "We had to do this" with the this being getting her kidnapped multiple times throughout all three books, being deceptive to everyone, placing the new queen in a position to be raped, etc., and they did all of this unapologetically.

Decent read of the three books, the 1st book and the last few chapters of book 3 are my favorite
