Loved My fix of Big Tag and Crew!!!

I desperately need KAYLA (Kick A Little Ass) in my greedy ears like yesterday! I wish the ending wasn't so quick in this one. it was freaking fantastic but I was disappointed not to get a honeymoon scene in. Long live Big Tag!

Great series

Can’t wait for the next in this series. Lots of action, drama, humor and romance with adult situations. Great author, loved the Narrator. Ryan West’s Narration is incredible !!

I am not sure how many times I can say this....but I absolutely LOVE THIS SERIES. Well, this is a spin off of a spin off...but you know what I mean..... I LOVE the world and the characters that have been built.

We are now well over 30 books into the world of the Taggarts and M&M and we are now diving into the second generation. This storyline has been teased to faithful readers for a while now and I was eager to discover what the heck had happened between these three. So, yes, this story focuses on Tristan, Aidan and Carys.

I cannot stress how wonderful it is to keep coming come back to this world that has been so brilliantly and lovingly built over years and years. I was thinking in my head how I would explain the series to my husband and I just started laughing in my head. We have Big Tag (Ian Taggart) - an ex-CIA guy who owns and runs a "club" and who also runs one of the most successful security companies in the world - who's kids and the kids of all of their extended friends and "family" are now involved in the spy game too. The kids have also started their own "club" so they would have a place to "play" without the possibility of running into their parents.....and they are also involved in missions to save the world. SEE, that sounds bonkers...but it just, well, it just works. Don't ask me how. I absolutely LOVE these characters and their zaniness and the humor and hilarity and the relationships and the found family. I could go on and on.

And add to that that there is always an actual plot to each and every book.....and it is just pure genius. This plot has us finally discovering what Tristan has gotten involved in that made him pull away from Carys and Aidan in a very silly attempt at trying to protect them. And, as usually happens when one hand is not talking to the other hand - things have gotten out of hand. There is a evil psychopath who has ulterior motives (other than burning down the world) that we (and the team) eventually discover. And to say that his reasons and motivations end up shocking everyone....yep....pure gold.

Also, let me quickly mention that Ryan West has pretty much been the voice of this series for as long as I can remember and he did another brilliant job with the narration on this one as well.

I have no idea how each book in this series always feels like it flies by in a flash. I was so involved in just BEING back in this world, and add to that, that there were some really tense moments, that before I knew it....it was over. *sigh*

So, now we wait for the next book. Kala and Cooper are up next.

Almost Too Good!

As expected, this story is just perfection as are all the masters and mercenaries books and all spin offs and all novellas. If you’re new to this series please go back and read from the beginning and feel how beautiful the kids stories are based on the parents struggles! I just love them all! Thank you Lexi Blake for another amazing adventure! Please don’t stop! Ever.

Heartache & shoot outs

There was no time to miss out on all the action, shooting, explosions, but in the middle was sweet heartbreaking moments, & canceled weddings. Did someone betray the group, guess we’ll find out in future books. It was a wonderful love story and men fighting for our rights to live free. Highly recommend, especially if you started with the original series and were there for the births of these new spies. Ryan West & his sexy voice did an awesome job narrating as usual.

This book is awesome!!

Long time Lexi Blake fan… and I am so in love with this series. I’ve been waiting for Aiden, Caris and Tristan’s story to play out. I needed their story. And, boy did I get it! I just wanted to know what Tristan was into, what he was doing. My heart broke for Caris when he left again. She was so hurt, and seemed broken. I’m not sure I expected everything I got, but I loved it.. so that’s a good thing.

Lexi Blake has created this group of characters and the McKay-Taggart world and it’s a place I so enjoy being a part of when I read the books. Learning more about this trio was just what I needed. This is so good, and the McKay-Taggart crew does what they do and that makes it better. I so enjoyed this book and found it such a great read, that my audio pre-order came through today and I put it right on. Now I’m listening… and I’ve read and listened to all of them and recommended them to everyone!!

Ryan West is an excellent choice for narrator for this series!! And the fact that he consistently narrates the Masters and Mercenaries books makes me want to listen to all o them.

I really like these books and can always count on a great and exciting story. this one was just not in my top 10 favorites.

Love this series and spinoffs

What can I say that I have not said before. This series and the spinoffs are great. But what takes it to another level is Ryan West. He is incredible.
