Am touched

This book moved me to take a deeper look at myself, most importantly my attitude and relationship with strangers. thanks for making it short and helpful

Storytelling but nothing to really learn

They only do some storytelling and that's it, I haven't read the original book so guess it's the author's fault

no actionable tips or tricks :-(

I expected the summary to be a fast track to the "what and how" to talk to strangers and garner more from them. instead this was a summary of the case studies in the book i.e. what people didn't know from having talked to Hitler, well we all know how that turned out. a better summary would have been how or what those people speaking to him as strangers should have looked out for.
