Suffering and Spirituality: My Story

Everyone has experienced suffering in their life. Most of us would like to do our best to avoid it, control it or get rid of it. But does suffering have value other than bringing to our attention that something needs to be done about it? The book proposes that suffering can have a meaningful spiritual impact either positive or negative in our lives. The author shares his experiences with suffering and how he has grown spiritually in the process. He presents several examples and exercises that the reader can use to focus on their own spiritual growth.
