I like this because the hypnosis part is twenty minutes. It's logical and straight-forward, although I don't usually hear the whole thing because I fall asleep. I recommend it. The other part with the music (the side 2 part) is good as well. The music is sort of manufactured, but I want to get the no smoking message into my brain. It's been a while and it's working.

It actually helped a great deal.
I've made 4 months so far without a cigarette.
One of the hardest cigarette to stop was the one that I smoked while driving, but being able to play this subliminal music in the car helped me get over it.
I also used patches and an inhaler at the same time, so I can't give full credit to the program, but it definitely helped!
