Hasn't worked yet. Shopaholics are hard to change.

I listened at bedtime for 4 weeks. At first the professionally done subliminal program seemed to work for me. Then I went on a few mild shopping sprees. I am going to try it again! Maybe I expect too much too soon. I am incredibly happy with other Subliminal Guru subliminal programs. I highly recommend them! I gave this one 4 stars because I believe in the Subliminal Guru audiobooks, The one star seems to have been given by someone who did not understand what a subliminal program is. In subliminal, the music masks the affirmations. You can hear the music, and just your subconscious can understand the spoken affirmations. In the first 10 minutes you can hear the affirmations. The remaining 60 minutes are subliminal. Most Subliminal Guru programs have worked well but my life just needed upgrades on the subjects. Shopping Addiction is a deeply ingrained lifetime activity that started just to feel better. It may take daily use for much longer than 30 days to see results. I also tried counseling. I need subliminal programs on Willpower and Making Good Decisions as well.
