not into the angry feminist vibes

the tone didn't resonate with me. seemed to cynical and it was rather boring. thought it would be more interesting with the clown stuff and humor. just not my cup of tea.

I’m regretting this purchase. The charm of this book escaped me. Performance was very good but the story was a meandering mess. I cannot recommend.

Pulpy nonsense trying to pass for “literary fiction”

I cannot believe this book was published. It’s utterly trite and flat. This manuscript would have been better suited for some 2$ Kindle Unlimited crap. It relies on gimmicks (being a clown?) for a plot line, yet it’s painfully obvious the author didn’t do any real, meaningful research on what it is to be a professional clown. Meanwhile, some weird repetitive nonsense about “mommy issues”.

From the first chapter , trashy sexual start to book was a total turn off

By chapter two I could tell the narrative was lesbian sexual encounters … not what I think is enjoyable reading. Done and done!!!
