I enjoyed it

I enjoyed this book and found it very helpful. It is a short read ( it took me two days ) but it’s full of useful information. I know most of the information in the book is available for free on the internet but I liked having it all in one place. The font of the book is a bit larger than normal but I liked that because it was easy to highlight without making anything messy. I would recommend this book if you know little to nothing about the stock market.

Found it very useful

I didn't know anything about Stock Trading and I found it very intimidating. With the help of this guide, I was able to understand what stock trading is including its benefits, ways how to get started, how to manage the loss and its most profitable strategies with less money. The author explained it very well which made it easy to understand especially for beginners. I'm motivated and can't wait to continue this course.

Awesome

This is an awesome book to have if you’re looking to invest in the stock market. It captures a lot of essential information for people getting started in trading stocks. The context is simplified to where anyone can gain knowledge and wisdom on how to invest with stocks. This book distills out the important information and tells you what to do, and more importantly, what not to do. It won't guarantee trading success but it will definitely put you on the right track.

Completely worth the price

A great course to learn the basics of trading as well as some detailed concepts. There are many examples given which make the concepts clear. Learned so much valuable knowledge. Completely worth the price I paid for this course.

Very thorough

Stock Trading for Beginners is comprised of a series of well thought out, and balanced presentations. Each lecture focuses on giving the beginning student just the information they need in order to grasp the key concepts presented in that lecture. Additionally, each lecture includes lively and engaging market scenario illustrations, that take the information presented in the lecture, and demonstrates to the student how they play out in a simplified, easy-to-follow market setting. The instructor is also careful to relate how this 'simplified' market example works in the 'real world' of market trading.

Another particular strength of this course is the way in which it was designed, with the understanding that some of the information presented might be entirely new and unfamiliar to the student. Thus, the course is designed to take concepts that were introduced in previous lectures, and reintroduce them again in later lectures By doing this, the student is given multiple opportunities to clarify their understanding of each concept, and to also gain an understanding of how they interact in the markets. This in turn leads the student to begin to see how they can apply these concepts themselves in the real world of market trading.

By the end of this course, you will understand what a knowledgeable beginning trader needs to know, as well as, how to begin testing your trading strategies.

Comprehensive

I have read several stock trading books and I found this book comprehensive. It is an excellent guide for beginners, and even for investors who have casually invested in the stock market, but didn't get a full understanding of how the stock market works, and many acronyms and definitions that come with it. It gives an excellent overview of several different strategies that a novice investor could use.

Broadened my knowledge

All you need to know to start trading is in this course. I started as a complete novice and I am already amazed at how much I have learned in a few lessons. Each lesson is just the right amount of information to digest. Absolutely broaden my horizons about all the things about trading, strategies, and stocks. Great materials covered in an easy way to understand.

I love how the author has made it simple to understand this complicated subject. It provides us with a lot of information and explains all the concepts really well by giving us examples which makes it easy to understand. He also provides us with some valuable practical tips and basic strategies which we can use to start our trading journey.

In general, an excellent course for beginners in stock trading. I am impressed when I listened to this book. I highly recommend it to anyone to learn about investing in the stock market!

An excellent audiobook for beginners! The book provides all the basics for getting set up to trade. Great info for those who have not yet opened an account with a broker, as well as detailed software setup. I especially valued the trading section and can't wait to put this stuff into practice.

An eye-opening course

An eye-opening course for aspiring to be a trader. I can't believe that the author provided a step-by-step guide on how to set up an account with the broker and configure a platform to make it work for you.

Great book for beginners

Great book for beginners. This book made a lot of things come together even though this is just an overview of investing as a whole. It still hits some great points I wish I had known before how I had started investing like the differences between market orders and limit orders or how ETFs worked. If you're just starting out this book is a great and quick read. You can get a great general overview of investing in less than a day.
