story line was good but did not like the background different sounds setting the stage.

Great book with exciting twists and turns.

Enjoyed plot and characters. Could have done with out the music and background noises. They did not enhance the book.

Music???

The book was fine - but the music really bothered me. I listen in my car and at one point I heard a noise and thought it was something wrong with my car - pulled over and then realized it was the music. I don't see the reason for the music, I enjoy the reader his performance was 5 start, just ditch the music please.

NOTE I read Mean Streak a while back, didn't realize it so I downloaded it and then realized I'd already listened to the book. The books that state "Booktrack" have now superseded the book with no soundtrack. Live and learn for me. Once I checked back the older version was in my library. I was able to return the "booktrack" but I have to dig more carefully to make sure I don't download a book I've already listened to. I would like the option to listen to a book sans music.

Plot twists as usual

Sandra Brown delivers again. Her unsuspecting plot twists keep you on the edge if your seat. Narrator does great job helping the listener distinguish between characters.

Music?

Couldn't get past the first couple of chapters because of the background music. It is played through out the chapters and is very distracting!
