I'm a city girl through and through, but when I lose my job to the new office bimbo, I can't afford cab fare—much less my rent. So, I have no choice but to head home to regroup and figure out what I'm going to do with my life now that my career has gone down the drain. At twenty-one years old, I'm already broke and starting over, and it's more than a little depressing.

But my mom recently got remarried, and she failed to tell me she sold the house, which means I have nowhere to go but to my new stepbrother's.

I've never even met my stepbrother, and the guy lives way up in the mountains.

He's a moody, broody mountain man who will barely talk to me—much less look at me.

This has got to be the most awkward situation I've ever been in, and it only gets more awkward when a snowstorm knocks out the power and there's only one fireplace and one bed in Zack's quaint little cabin.

I think I'd rather take my chances with a grizzly bear than my growly stepbrother, but what choice do I really have? I'm literally trapped with my stepbrother mountain man, and it doesn't help matters that he's the biggest, most attractive man I've ever met.

although the story was short it was a good listen. I could see where it could have been longer with more drama it was just to accepting

Virtual Voice sounds like a cheap knock off....

While this was quick and hot, the story sounded like a knock off of another hot steamy short taboo story I read not too long ago.

Then the virtual voice. I decided I wanted to try it out to see what it was like before I decided it was terrible. It is terrible. It sounds like they copied Jacob Morgan/Zacchary Webber's voice. But you have zero inflection in that voice what so ever, It is very robotic. You might as well have Alexa or Siri read it to you. If I were Jacob Morgan I would sue for impersonating his voice.

don't like virtual voice and the plot is terrible. I'm general the book is short l. glad it was a few listen
