It's all guns blazing in SAS veteran Matt Standing's second outing

The action scenes are deftly choreographed and Standing is an engaging protagonist

[Standing Alone has] the quick-fire pace of a classic Leather guys-with-guns thriller that again hits the target

Throughly enjoyable.

Couldnt stop listening. A lot of action. Great story. I did have a problem with the narration. Thornly has an irritating habit of pausing for 2,54 seconds between sentences all the time all the way through. It disturbs the rhythm.

Very good story. Really kept my attention. Several twists or plot turns made the whole book very entertaining.

Interesting storyA different type of performance.

Story kept my interest. This was the first audio book I listened to with a British reader. The accent took a chapter to get accustomed to. The pause between many sentencea was something harder to get used to.

One of his best

Great detailed characters, intricate believable plots refreshing subject matter in interesting geographic detail. Stephen Leather one of the best.

Disappointed

I liked the story and the narrator. The disappointment was the last 3 chapters wouldn’t down load so I don’t know how the story ends
