Pleasantly Surprised

I love swimming, but I wasn’t sure if a book on the history of swimming would keep my interest. This book surprised me and held my interest while mirroring societal progress or lack of it in the swimming world. The joy of swimming is beautifully portrayed. I came away very satisfied from this encounter!
