i had an open mind listen to this book and really enjoyed it. This audiobook was given by the author, narrator, or publisher at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review via Audiobook Boom.

Hidden beneath the syrupy happy voice of the narrator was some decent information, but only about 30 minutes was actual information dedicated to the topic. The rest was promotion of other books.

If you are a beginner, this will give you a brief hint about spirit guides, but if you are not a beginner, don’t bother.

As a beginner I was hoping for direction and useful exercises to help make contact. It also kinda felt like an advertisement for other books. Wish I didn’t use a credit for this book.
