Great selection for learning!

I really liked the way the book is laid out by grade levels. The narrator has a very nice voice and upbeat reading cadence. That makes following along more fun. I think the words given are age appropriate and just enough to be challenging. Great book to help a 4th or 5th grader augment what they are learning in school!

Fantastic Audiobook

As a bilingual parent I have always struggled to understand the rules of the English language. This book has helped a lot when studying with my kids and we have used it as a fun competition. Great audiobook and a fantastic and enthusiastic narrator!

How can I help my child with spelling problems?

This book is a must-have for all the parents whose kids are struggling with spelling. Each chapter gives in-depth details and encourages mastery of the sight words, help your child recognize the word, help your child memorize common spelling rule. Poor spellers have trouble remembering the letters in words because they have trouble noticing, retaining, and recalling the features of language that those letters represent. I highly recommend this book.

Great Spelling Bee Practice!

Bought this as our nephew is competing for his second year in the school spelling bee, and we were looking for ways for him to brush up on his skills while we were road tripping. Spelling for Kids Grades 4-5 is a perfect primer, and training audiobook for some of the more obscure words to spell for that age group.

The narrator was easy to follow and enjoyable to listen to, and our nephew has been able to start training a little more diligently with this word list.

Excellent Tool for Car Rides With Your Kids

If you have children in grade 4 or 5 who want to practice their spelling this will be a very useful tool for you as a parent. Also, the author had a great point at the beginning where this is a productive alternative to screen time too. :)

Ready, Set, Spell

I used to compete in the spelling bee as a child. I didn't have any resources like this growing up and think it's a marvelous tool for today's kids to use as a resource. Overall, I loved the book. I would have loved having the words' origins and definitions too. This adds another learning dimension and this is something practiced in spelling bees (at least in my time). I would recommend for kids in grades 4-5 as a way to practice for the spelling bee.

Good practice

I downloaded a bunch of options like this and some others for a family road trip we were taking. We are going to be in the car for a multitude of hours and I wanted something to entertain the kids. We figured out a way to make a game out of who gets about a month words correctly got a prize. Was definitely a fun and entertaining way to use the audiobook.

Step up your little ones’ spelling game!

My son is no stranger to learning from audiobooks and is somewhat of an expert in spelling books. He loves stepping up his game and wowing his classmates at school by getting in fun learning time in the car and at home! Highly recommended if you want your little one to improve their spelling in a quick, fun and effective manner!

My kids love it

Both of my elementary kids love this audiobook. They practice with each other at home and anytime when we are driving around. I love the background music and the narrator, it makes spelling fun! I also love it includes sentences for each word, so when they don’t know the word, it helps them to learn new word.
