entertaining
I got this free story via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review. this story was entertaining but the narrator did not work for me. I also dislike cliffhangers. The story was fast-paced and had several plot twists. There were places where confusion reigned because I was not sure if I was in the past or the future. Overall the story was pretty good.

pleasantly surprised
This book is a little different genre than I normally read, however i really enjoyed listening to it. i loved that the author snuck in various aspects of the Bible that went along with the story. it is very well written and has me looking forward to the next book. i was a little skeptical of the narrator at first but quickly realized he was doing an amazing job at voicing the different characters.
