As an illegitimate daughter of a French noble, Evangeline Avenes is sent to live at a secretive estate in the Blue Moutains of Jamaica. Selling Evangeline to a wealthy landowner to cover her gambling debts, she is about to receive her payout when an earthquake hits, destroying Port Royal. Alessio returns to find pirates have seized Leighton Hall. Together, Alessio and Evangeline battle pirates for their lives in an attempt to flee.
