Would you listen to Soul Surfer again? Why?
I got this book because I watched the movie of the same title. I enjoyed listening, mostly because the narrator, Eleni Pappageorge, had a voice that completely embodied the character of Bethany Hamilton. I felt like it was being read by a teenager, and -- to borrow a metaphor -- I couldn't put it down. Just a total delight to listen to.Which character – as performed by Eleni Pappageorge – was your favorite?
I enjoyed listening the most when she was "performing" Bethany herself.Totally absorbing.
