Heartwarming book on remembering the essence of who you are and the knowing that you are already enough

This book was absolutely beautiful many shared personal beliefs and backgrounds exist within me and rating. This validated those parts of me that I felt were forgotten and did not belong. I was always searching for this thing that could fill me, but it was always within me. I always felt like I had messed up or miss something, and I struggled to remain present in my daily life.
