From suicidal ideation from the loss of baby to healing

Initially this book started to help mw in the middle when she talked about honoring it saddened me, but Im glad I continued it was of wonderful help, the pain still unbearable but as I believe my baby angel came to my life as an angel that God sent to me I lived the happiest moments of my life with him I believe it was to help me with my grief phobia and great difficulties to end relationships, I understood that I still alive after lose I could face anything and it making me stronger, is as she said it like all start over and I start to recognize what and who is really important to me and deserve to be part of my life. Thank you Liz for sharing and for the hope that healing can happen🤍

wonderful book to help process loss of a pet

Amazing book to help with the loss of a cat or any animal. I cried through most of this book as my loss was recent, but even if it was long ago this book will still help process your grief. I will incorporate many things i learned from this book into my life, to honor & reflect on my cat, Kisses life with love.
