This is an excellent audiobook that is jam packed with info, tips and guidance to help with the somatic nerve and recovery/healing. I really liked that it explains everything from a simple perspective which is great for me since I don't have a medical background. It is positive and encouraging and the narrator, Sabreen Baker, does a wonderful job keeping your attention and not rushing through the book including exercises and techniques to help you manage. For anyone who is curious about Somatic therapy or looking for a way to heal this is for you!
