A really cool story about not giving up. Whether you love baseball or any other sport, you can learn a little something from this story.

Wonderful book

This is the most moving audiobook I have ever listened to. It's a great story about baseball and courage and love. A satisfying plot and cast, especially Jeremiah, a character you'll never want to forget. AND a superb, pitch-perfect performance by Michael Crouch, which just makes it almost too much. A perfect book for the kid you love, and perhaps a perfect book for us adults who need to remember the nobility of team sport at its best. Highest possible recommendation.
