Joy Love Peace

The Word of God is alive and active and is our sword to fight the good fight. It is our loaded gun so to speak, for the battle is the Lord's ...it is His blood, His Word, His price, that is sufficient. However! If we go about and do our Father's business without joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, we are going out half-cocked. Is your gun fully loaded in the fruit of the spirit or are you going out half-cocked in the good fight?

Galatians 5:22-26
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such, there is no law. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.

There is a list of sins right above Galatians 5:22 and I will list some of them in the following chapters. We will shoot our guns of prayer in love in the fruit of the spirit over the people we know who carry some of these sins, including ourselves since we have all sinned and come short of the glory of God

In 1 Corinthians Chapter 13, we read of the importance of love above all. It is so important. Let us always check ourselves that we are shooting words out of our mouths that bring good and not harm. Remember, we all are children of God and that little child is still in all of us. Let’s produce the smoke of the Holy Spirit producing that which Jesus already came and accomplished. Now, let’s do our part – in love so that it will make a difference and not harm.
