It’s incredibly challenging to articulate the deep emotions that swirl within you when you must stand by, feeling utterly powerless, as someone you love dearly endures the unimaginable pain of a terminal illness. In my life, this heart-wrenching experience came in the form of my beloved wife, my soulmate, and partner of thirty-three beautiful years. The insidious specter of cancer crept into our lives like a thief in the night, bringing with it a sense of helplessness that no words can truly capture.

Our journey together blossomed into a profound four-year odyssey, one marked by countless moments of vulnerability as I wrestled with my innermost thoughts and feelings about the one person who has profoundly shaped my existence.
