The gurus are pumping tons of newbies into the game daily. The last thing you want to do is do the same tactics and strategies they will all go after. Typically, they will pick one of these five strategies: direct mailing, driving for dollars, door-knocking, cold-calling, or street bandit signs. I am not saying these strategies don't work; they definitely don't work as well as they did back in 2005, when I launched my own real estate wholesaling business.

Here is a quick example. Back then, I hung 100 pieces of signs twice, totaling 200 signs. The result of that was hundreds of thousands of dollars in real estate transactions, and they lasted for years. Today, the gurus advise you should hang 100 signs per week. Why? They don't work as well as they did. Also, the city enforcement code do not like those signs, so they remove them, not to talk of you possibly receiving a violation ticket as well. This is not an audiobook on how to start real estate wholesaling. You can learn those easily on free YouTube videos. In this audiobook, you will learn wholesaling real estate step-by-step how to set up the three pillars that will attract all the prospects you need on autopilot.

Unfortunately, lots of people come into the game with the salary mindset. This is a business and not a job. Cutting-edge marketing strategies are required in order to thrive in it. You have to use hacks or else you will get drowned by the deep-pocket big gurus.

Smart real estate wholesaling is about working smarter than you are working hard. Chances are you already work hard by default. You will discover smarter strategies than the old school five.

This Book is Mind Opening!

After listening to this book, my motto for wholesaling is that if it could have been done in 1985, I’m not wasting my time on it. Ola has clearly outlined why using 1985 techniques in the era is ridiculous. He then went further to lay out a strategy which will put every wholesaler who reads at the forefront of the market.

Great information

In all honesty thought it was going to be a bust with the low budget and sound quality. But as the saying goes don’t judge a book by its cover! I’ve read a ton of wholesaling books and this one is well worth the investment. The author did a great job with so much valuable information! If your getting into wholesaling get this book!!!

Great Book!

This book has some great information on wholesale marketing, and gives you some fresh ideas other than the standard driving for dollars and direct mail marketing, and these methods are more intended to be used to supplement those standard methods more than completely eliminate them. I just wish it was longer (that’s what she said) because the presentation and info really is good stuff!

Not much value

It’s okay. I feel like a lot of it was repeatedly talking bad about the original 5 forms of marketing. Way longer than it needed to be and nothing groundbreaking. I was expecting new or at least unique forms of marketing. Last 3 to 4 chapters are probably the most important, but nothing amazing tbh. Touches a bit on creating content, SEO, and running ads but doesn’t really go into too much detail w any of them. Meh

No Good...

The author/narrator's accent is too thick. I struggled to listen and understand the material which was way to sparse.
Buying this book was a waste of money, time, and space because Amazon won't let me return it. If it was an actual book I could throw it in the trash or set it on fire, unfortunately, I am stuck with it forever. Amazon has way too many crappy books that a paid subscriber gets stuck with. Don't get stuck with this one like I did.
