Todd Hamilton's from Hero, so he knows all about the search and rescue academy and how his high school rival uses it to prop himself up to look good. That's why when his boss insists he goes there for training, Todd decides he's going to do everything he can to take the academy down. What he doesn't expect is for the pretty new doctor in town to be an unwelcome distraction.
