it was helpful to have some tips on making small talk. relating experience to conversations.

Big Book about small talk

I really enjoyed this book it really help me look at small talk much differently I’m going to use Y.E.T.A. in all my small talk conversations

Interesting but wouldn’t work in my environment

The book is interesting and teaches how to make small talk more memorable. However, the suggestions come across as sarcastic and not politically correct. I could not use them in my work environment.

Had a cute start

Started off cute but short lived. Listening to this can easily be perceived as teaching others how to be people pleasers. I can’t ethically refer to others.
