With all of the must-do activities in your life today, how can you fit in the activities you want to do? Better yet, what about activities you need to do?
Implementing these new behaviors requires change, and let's face it, change is hard! It's a lot easier to quit or, at best, give a half-hearted effort. The problem with taking the easy route is that you don't feel you've accomplished anything, and you rarely see lasting results.
In this practical, actionable book, Scotty Studer shows you how to implement the important-but-not-urgent habits in your life by making small changes. These changes will not require a drastic alteration in your "routine" or require a lot of time to do, but they will provide consistent results!
By using personal life stories and examples from others, he gives you specific habits to implement that are effective and easy to do!
You will learn how to have:
- An actionable plan to create financial stability
- A closer, personal relationship with God
- Friends complimenting you on how thin and fit you look
- Relationships with your kids growing deeper and more meaningful than ever before
Don't take the easy, half-hearted route to implement proactive habits. Instead, learn how to achieve lasting results by taking small, intentional actions every day in four important areas of your life: faith, relationships, health, and finances!

Would you consider the audio edition of Small Changes, Big Results to be better than the print version?
I have never read the print version. This was my first encounter of this marvelous book. What was one of the most memorable moments of Small Changes, Big Results?
All the moments that confirmed that I am on the right track with some things I am doing and the moments that so very succinctly detailed SIMPLE shifts I can make (not a lot of time nor effort) to improve my life day to day. I love the level of specificity and explanation of "value" of each change. Some changes I could make in the very midst of reading. The consistent iteration of "try this for seven days" made feel like I could do it (commit) without the pressure of worrying about how I would be able to keep it up. In another book I recently read, I discovered that commitment to ridiculously small changes encourage inspiration of larger changes as they become habits. What does Joseph Brookhouse bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
The narrator had a positive tone and gave me the impression that we were having "conversation" of sorts. It was like having a session with a life coach. Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Absolutely! I purposely listened in segments so that I could absorb the information, decide what (if any) of the changes I wanted to employ before going on the next section. It provided a great walking companion.SMALL steps LARGE impact! Well written!
