I’m expecting soon and one thing I’m worried about is lack of sleep. This book is a short and to the point guide that wastes no time giving you needed info. It’s offers a clear plan to help you sleep train your new born and I’m excited to put what I learned into practice.

On the positive side, this book introduces 4 sleep training styles and debunks myths. It talks about the relationship between sleep regression and growth spurts and/or developmental milestones. However, the information is very general, especially the 7 day plan. The training strategy in which the parent gradually distances usually takes more than a week. It doesn't talk about making adjustments for teething or multiple children sharing a room. There's no mention of how long you should let baby cry or the warning signals when baby becomes too upset (i.e. breathing changes.).A section which addresses common problems encountered during training would have been very helpful.
