Compelling heist novel with a complex plot
A good mystery / heist book with a complex plot and a compelling character. Nolan is a thief who’s out of the business, but he ends up implicated in a casino skimming operation. There are multiple threads here that weave in and out which adds to the heightened drama and sense of pace. Great narration. I've read a lot of Max Allan Collins and this is up there with his best. You don't have to know the series to enjoy this.
