Resumen del Editor
The digital audiobook edition of Venice A. Fulton’s new diet sensation, Six Weeks to OMG: Get skinnier than all your friends, read by the author himself.
Let’s test your knowledge: true or false?
- Skipping breakfast can be healthy?
- Certain fruits instantly block fat loss?
- Small frequent meals are damaging?
- Cellulite can be massively reduced in everyone?
- Juices and smoothies cause overeating?
- Exercise is more than just how much and how hard?
- Broccoli carbs can be worse than those from Coke?
They’re all TRUE. Using biological science, psychology and common sense, Venice will show you how to lose up to 20 pounds of body fat in six weeks. His plan, originally designed for A-List celebs, proves that quick fixes don’t work, but quick improvements are still possible. No one is born fat or destined to have cellulite forever. And if you think you’ve failed on a diet before, think again - the diet failed, you didn’t. An enormous self-published success attracting huge media interest, Venice A. Fulton is teaming up with Penguin to bring his ground-breaking Six Weeks to OMG to the masses. Because anyone with the correct information - and that means anyone - can get skinny.

These days, no one in America feels immune to violence. But now, in this extraordinary, groundbreaking book, the nation's leading expert on predicting violent behavior unlocks the puzzle of human violence and shows that, like every creature on earth, we have within us the ability to predict the harm others might do us and get out of its way. Contrary to popular myth, human violence almost always has a discernible motive and is preceded by clear warning signs.

Historia
The latest groundbreaking tome from Tim Ferriss, the number-one New York Times best-selling author of The 4-Hour Workweek. For the last two years, I've interviewed more than 200 world-class performers for my podcast, The Tim Ferriss Show. The guests range from super celebs (Jamie Foxx, Arnold Schwarzenegger, etc.) and athletes (icons of powerlifting, gymnastics, surfing, etc.) to legendary Special Operations commanders and black-market biochemists. For most of my guests, it’s the first time they’ve agreed to a two-to-three-hour interview.

It works for me
I'm losing a steady 1 kilogram per month, just following the diet guidelines from this book. Due to overtraining in the past, I decided to take a break from exercise. The only thing I do is making sure I walk 10000 steps a day. I hate breakfast and I've been forever drinking a cup of coffee in the morning so I just drink it black. Skipping breakfast is pushing the three meals further into the day so people who get hungrier in the evening, like me, will find it easier to stick to the program. I had severe bloating before this, now it's gone. I'm not hungry anymore, so I don't think about food all day long. As soon as the weather is milder, I'll start taking the cold showers and walking a whole hour in the morning, as I always do in spring. I'll ease back into exercising more but I'll take my time. Exercising alot made me gain weight in the past, made me awfully hungry, so I'll be careful this time. I like the way the author reads his book, it's very professional, and it's motivating. Nice job, Venice!
