This was cute

Tge storyline was cool. The narration was interesting. I am not use to the female narrator so it was a little jarring. But I enjoyed it.

This one was a emotional roller coaster

Mateo and Akita’s love was something special they instantly were drawn to one another but both had family issues holding them back. Akira was so conflicted in her feelings but eventually got it together. Mateo was everything the patience he had and the way he handled Akira delicately was so cute

I'm loving this series! Can't wait for the next installment. The narration is excellent by Winston and Morhae!

Good listen

This is the third book in the series and it was a good listen. However, I thought the storyline was much slower than the other two book.

Loving this series!

Asia Monique did her thing with this series. I love to read about a Mafia man loving his woman well. Akira had some pain and grief to work through and I’m glad Matteo’s love for her remained.

Boring

The storyline had potential but something about the execution was boring and made it difficult to listen. Definitely didn't hit like the previous books in this series.

The other 2 books were so great, not sure what happened on this one. I couldn’t finish the book.
:( Hopefully the next book is better than this one.

This storyline was such a downer and also boring. The content was so serious and I had a hard time focusing; ended up fast-forwarding through the last few chapters. Like stories that include some humor, this book offered none. Probably won’t finish the series. Narrators were fine except for Morae’s male voice.
