Hard to get through

I enjoyed the overall story and enjoyed the back and forth through time but that also made the story seem slow. Often I felt like I could walk away and come back a few minutes later and still have a fairly good understanding of where we were in the story. It just wasn’t compelling and until the last 7 or 8 chapters I did not feel a need to finish or to get to the ending like I had to keep listening.

Boring

The characters are likable, but the story is repetitive. I felt like something was missing in the story.
