Simple methods for a simple life

Throughout listening to the audio version of this book, I enjoyed two things the most: the amount of helpful and interesting information provided and listening to the occasional birdsong in the background. It gave the book an even more calming vibe. There is an acronym they use to describe a system of simplifying that I found particularly useful. Can’t say I’ve ever seen it before or thought about the process of simplifying as that easy before. (The irony!) Once you implement the secret tool, you can’t go wrong! Just don’t forget to ask “And then what?” The bonuses alone are worth a lot, but the book stands alone as an insightful read.
