What stood out to me about he most was the storytelling. It was meaningful and relatable and I was glad to see a different aspect of her life.

This is an incredible series

The books just keep getting better, this one is Jessica's best book yet. Many surprising new twists. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I continue to enjoy the narration of every character

best book so far in the series

The best book yet in the Nevermoor series, love the character development, the genre play with murder mysteries, and the way Jessica Townsend keeps making me laugh with joy.

Brilliant

Loved it all. Another fabulous adventure story with brilliant narration bringing the quirky characters to life.

Brilliant as always.

Too long, too many irrelevant details which slowed the story down, a bit PC, Morrigan came across as a self-opinionated brat in the first half or so, unlikeable. Maybe, however, the flat narration whenever Morrigan spoke - and she spoke a lot - was really disappointing There was so little variation in Morrigan’s speech - little emotion, no inflections in her speech, very little variation. So she herself came across as limited. Loved the other 3, but not this one.

A bit of a disappointment
