storyline was good luv the age gap romance. narrator sucks need humans to bring to life

Virtual voice was surprisingly good

It’s not a full cast of voice actors or even a male & female but it was much better than other books I’ve listened to with virtual voice.

could not tell the voices apart.

virtual narrator you cannot tell difference between the characters. they sounded the same. both sounded like a female.

meh....

the story is ok, but the "voice" HARD NO. If using virtual at least hv multiple to use. the story would hv been a lot better had tht happen...

REVIEW OF VIRTUAL VOICE

THE VIRTUAL VOICE WAS INTERESTING, BUT I HAD SOME TROUBLE FOLLOWING WHEN THE MALE CHARACTER WAS TALKING AND WHEN THE FEMALE CHARACTER WAS TALKING. I SEE THE VALUE OF USING THE VIRTUAL VOICE, BUT I AM WONDERING IF AT SOME POINT, AI WILL BE ABLE TO INTERCHANGE THE VOICES WHEN A MALE VOICE IS NEEDED AND WHEN A FEMALE VOICE IS NEEDED. STILL, NOTHING DOES IT BETTER THAN A REAL HUMAN WHO CAN ADD NUANCE AND EMOTIONAL. THAT IS TRULY THE BEST. I’LL NEED TO SPEND ANOTHER 5 HOURS TO LISTEN AGAIN TO SEE HOW THE STORY SETTLES IN MY BRAIN. THE VIRTUAL VOICE DISTRACTED ME TOO MUCH. JUST NOT USED TO IT.

Disappointed

I would be upset and requested a refund for the credit used to read/ hear this.
The story would have been awesome if Evan character was voiced by a male!!
Only listen if its free!

Feisty heroine but shallow story

Some portions of the book were entertaining. The characters we're not defined very well and the plot was lacking. I can't believe that someone in their mid-40s would have such a poor relationship with their parents.I've listened to other narrations that were auto-generated that were good but this one was terrible.
