Engaging, appropriate, and relatable
Great presentation on active/engaged listening using storytelling and real world experiences. Matt is a great speaker and it translates to the audio recording.

A valuable addition
I’ll admit being skeptical about what I thoughts was another book on active listening. I’m glad I stuck around! Matt’s fresh take on communication styles, his stories to bring home points and his collection of applied exercises in engaged listening provide an excellent path toward becoming a better learner and a better human being. I will use this today, and work to get better tomorrow. Thanks, Matt!
