Rex Cassius was gone. I was finally free to live my life without fear of being hunted down and dragged away to New Orleans. My mom was back in Salem Point and senior year was starting. This should be the happiest time in my life. I had everything I could want.
I was happy. Until my uncle showed up. He’s a vampire hunter and he’s putting the lives of the people I care about in jeopardy. The council has officially reconvened and my uncle is the head of it. Vampires are no longer safe here in Salem Point.
