This book worked its way up to the end of the first. Really enjoying it

Very fun story! Interesting to watch all the twists and turns unfold. And see how all the characters start to interact with each other

Narrative Immersion

The narrative immersion pulls you into the story, allowing you to fall and pace with the rhythm in the cadence and is truly enjoyable.

Good Backstory to the Silo-verse

I had a few issues with the jumping around in the story’s time line, but overall enjoyed the world building that the story introduced. I don’t think it can stand alone as its own novel, but the story was tied in well to Wool.

Might even be better than the first?

This one I think was way more emotionally impactful for some reason. It’s a unique choice for an author to avoid a direct continuation of events in a sequel and instead give us a whole book about everyone but our heroine. Donald is a really interesting addition. I’m excited to see where everything goes next.
