Modern and timely!
This book offers so much discussion for modern events and changes that leaders must face. It gives you a new perspective to review your work and the work of those around you. I have made several changes because of the discussions in here. I also found great value in answering and taking time to ponder the questions after each chapter. It is an easy read that can be done with short 10-15 minute reading sessions but each time I came away with something I found profound.
