The year is 1903. Lyme Regis. The Royal Navy comes to town. As do Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson. And Mrs Watson. And Lydia. And a ghost. And a dog. And a man with murder on his mind. This, the last of the trilogy of Sherlock Holmes in Lyme Regis pastiches, is bright, breezy, and fun.

An interesting mix of traditional Holmesian logic with the occasional foray into the supernatural, just as in the previous volumes. The author does a fine job of taking us to Lyme Regis, and makes me want to visit.

The mysteries were fun, although not very complex. Definitely a good listen.

Speaking of listening, the narrator did another fine job, and I would listen to other Holmes stories recorded by him.

So grab yourself a copy and listen in!

Definitely enjoyed this volume
