Jenny Weston and her mother, Dora, have been receiving strange midnight visits. The chaos surrounding the ensuing investigation grows even more hectic with Emily's increasingly erratic behavior, the arrival of a young woman searching for her missing poet uncle, and yet another betrayal in Jenny's love life. And only poetry can set the truth free.

I enjoyed my time reading this book! The characters were colorful and interesting. The story was unexpected and fun.

Love it accept the male character voices

More variants on the men’s voices would be great. They all sounded same. It was confusing who was speaking

Great storyline!!!

This was like eating a delicious layered dessert. Each piece stimulating and pulling you in. Leaving you wanting more!

Loved it.

It moved along with lots of characters, but if you grew up in a small village, or quaint town you will probably agree that it is spot on!!!

I just read through the 3 books Audible owns. The 3 are good little cozies, very good. The author has a fine pedigree as professor, writer and well read Michigan - er :-)
Her mysteries are fun listening, they invite the reader in for coffee and fine
thinking on gardens and literary plums , (austen-really?) for her characters will grow on you. Good crime
studies though before i reached the end of each book i sped through the worst of the dark explorations of evil.

Excellent Story

I really enjoyed this book. Loved the characters. The story was predictable but enjoyable. I would recommend this book.

Need a little more development and intrigue

Loved this installment as it added a little more mystery. However, few details could have been developed more. The narrator is just amazing and definitely brings the story to life.

Very good read!

This is my second book by Elizabeth and it did not disappoint. Thought it was well written with lots of creativity and detail. I can’t wait to listen to the next in the series.

Easy Listen

I found it more engaging than the first book of the series as I understood the characters a bit more. Decent plot line but could have delved a little deeper.
