This is a collection of eight haunting short stories. These stories all take place in the northern desert of Nevada known as the Great Basin. Each story is unique and takes place within the same area of the Great Basin. While hoping to showcase the beauty of the desert, but also the dangers this place holds for all.

These are all horror stories in a way. They range from campfire style to gory.
Five of the stories take place in or around the town of Fallon, Nevada the others all take place in the surrounding desert around familiar landmarks. Pulling from history, local lore, and imagination, these stories will create a whole new image of the Nevada desert.

I listen to this and had to have my husband listen to it too! Great storytelling! I will probably listen to this one over and over again!

Love old legends

I really enjoy old legends whether real or made up. Additionally, the Great Basin National Park in Nevada is one of my favorites! There are 8 short stories within this collection. Some were better than others with the Oasis and the story of the Gurka as my favorites.
