Napoleon Hill began his writing career at age 13 as a "mountain reporter" for small-town newspapers and went on to become America's most beloved motivational author. His work stands as a monument to individual achievement and is the cornerstone of modern motivation. His most famous work, Think and Grow Rich, is one of the best-selling books of all time. Hill established the Foundation as a nonprofit educational institution whose mission is to perpetuate his philosophy of leadership, self-motivation, and individual achievement.

Clement Stone, one of the most prominent leaders in personal development, started selling papers as a boy on the streets of Chicago to becoming the founder of one of the largest multibillion-dollar insurance companies of his day. He also coauthored a book with Napoleon Hill that became one of the best-selling books of all time, Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude.
