This is the most calming book I've read all year.
This guy narrates it much better than the other ones I've sampled on here! Also, the book is really good. There's a lot of things I agree with, and a lot I disagree with. But I think its helping me get to my core as a person.

Read it and decide for yourself. I enjoyed it....
I definitely have to listen to it again. The writing is old and thus most of the words used are no longer used very much today.
