Self care for black ladies is frequently not noted however having this books reminds me to no longer overlook about the little matters when I’m doing with the huge ones. It’s maintains me and my circle of girlfriends remembering to deal with ourselves, and remembering to admire every other’s boundaries barring remembering to pull every different up and fixing our crowns when we don’t recognize it’s crooked.
