A steamy Scottish Love Fest....Wow!

Would you listen to Seduced again? Why?

Yes, I think I will listen again. I like the ending. I love the Voodoo aspect of the story, It is written well and wow what a lot of SEX. Nice! I was not expecting the sex. I really must read or listen to more of Tarah Scott's books.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Margot was my favorite. I think her sassy talk was fun.

Have you listened to any of Desiree Divine and Joel Leslie ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have never listened to either of these performers before. I like the fact that there is a man doing the male voices. Joel was very good. I really had a hard time with Desiree in the first few chapters. She was reading TOO fast. It was very hard to keep up. She did slow down after several chapters. I am glad I kept listening. Her Southern Drawl became fun to listen to while dealing with the men.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I love it when Margot beats the daylights out of Cat. I frankly would have killed her....but Margot is too much of a Law officer to kill anyone.

Any additional comments?

This book had a VERY interesting twist at the end. I really love the way Tarah finished the loops. I will be ordering more of her books in the future.

Great book

Great story. loved the story line although I did have issues with the narrator at times she was very monotone and I almost gave up listening but stories relating to Scotland intrigue me.

Well written

I was given this book in exchange for an unbiased review. I listened to the whole book while crocheting a hat. it was fast paced and filled with several plot twist. Being saved from a serial killer was also a good plot piece. The narrator added to the story and the blending of old and new Scotland was a nice twist. I loved the scenes with the picture.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable listen. The world building was well executed and the characters were quite believable. I enjoyed the smooth transition of the story from the deep south to Scotland, as well as the back and forth between Margot and Charlie.

One thing I didn't really like, though it was very well written, was how long it took Margot to understand her plight. I'm always of the opinion that if all the possible answers were eliminated, then what's left is correct. She annoyed me so much with her constant denial... but then again I guess it wouldn't have been as good a story if she had believed outright. Put in the same position as Margot was at the end, I don't think I would have made the same decision as she did. (Sorry no spoilers)

Overall, I really enjoyed this book. It's good when the author can get the reader/listener so emotionally involved with the story. Very well done indeed.

Swept away

I just love listening to stories especially ones that you can get lost in, and this is just that sort. Excellent retelling, one I'll listen to again and again
