The strategies also include problems or issues that might come up and encourage men to put themselves in the woman's shoes. The narration fits the subject matter well.

Don't expect as a life-changing!

Quick and easy to listen to, like a podcast, you can play it in the background while doing your work. It’s good if you just want a short pep talk before heading out, but don’t expect anything life‑changing. Overall, I’d give it 2.5 out of 5, energetic and straightforward, yet it lacks respect and depth. There are a few useful tips, but you still have to weigh them against your own values. Treat it as a stepping stone, not a complete guide.”

This is easyto listen to as the narrator is good and has a clear and easy-listening voice. It's good, down to earth information which for me allows me to be clearer and feel more confident. Clearer in my approach to meeting a woman that is and more assured that I am on the right page when it comes to talking and connecting.
